      Emma has recently been selected as a curator at San Francisco's Center for New Music for 2017-2019!  For more information, visit Center for New Music's website.

      Emma is extremely excited to announce a project that has long been in the works. Co-founded by Emma Logan and Julie Barwick, Helia Music Collective is an organization dedicated to promoting women in music. Helia is teaming up with Siroko Duo for their first concert in March.     "Alone/Not Alone", a concert series by curator Emma Logan, explores the performer's role in a sonic world created between acoustic and electronic elements. Part one of the series features the talented Bay Area violinist Marian Yang, performing work for violin and electronics by living women composers.

    Experience love, loss, struggle, strength, and Mother Nature with soprano Winnie Nieh and pianist Paul Dab. Featuring distinguished female composers Clara Schumann, Libby Larsen, Emma Logan, Julie Barwick, and Rita Zhang, this program is sure to delight!
